Tsigaras Design Studio was assigned the implementation design and project management of a commercial building in Glyfada, based on an urban planning study by M&M Architectural Studio.

Detailed design of curtain walls, shading elements, ground floor canopy, and glass balustrades, with emphasis on enhancing the curvature and dynamic geometry of the building envelope.

A complete lighting study was developed for the façade, staircases, and underground areas, aiming to achieve visual clarity, ambiance, and a strong night-time identity.
