Implementation & Project Management – Glyfada

Tsigaras Design Studio was assigned the implementation design and project management of a commercial building in Glyfada, based on an urban planning study by M&M Architectural Studio.

The contribution of the studio, Tsigaras Design Studio, was decisive—not limited to technical execution but extending to the refinement of the project’s architectural identity. Through a combination of design clarity and construction precision, the outcome is functional, elegant, and aesthetically consistent — a complete and contemporary proposal for professional architecture.

Key Architectural Interventions

Facade Redesign

Detailed design of curtain walls, shading elements, ground floor canopy, and glass balustrades, with emphasis on enhancing the curvature and dynamic geometry of the building envelope.

Main Staircase

Designed as a transitional space using natural materials (wood, marble) and atmospheric lighting, offering a sense of organic luxury and architectural clarity.

Escape Staircase

Treated as an architectural element, with metal details acting as filters of light and space, creating rhythm and spatial purity.

Underground Parking Areas

Handled architecturally as defined spatial zones, with a minimalist and clean design approach to ensure visual and functional identity.

Landscape Architecture

The entire surrounding space was redesigned to work cohesively with the architectural shell, enriching the experience of arrival and site integration.

Planting Design

Developed in collaboration with Greenways, the planting scheme emphasizes Mediterranean character and integrates seamlessly with the overall design.

Lighting Design

A complete lighting study was developed for the façade, staircases, and underground areas, aiming to achieve visual clarity, ambiance, and a strong night-time identity.

Urban Flow

A professional building with dynamic architecture, curved façades, and clear geometry.
