The architectural design of Filothei Apartment by tsigarasdesign studio explores a contemporary approach to residential interiors, where geometric clarity, material balance, and functional organization come together to establish a cohesive architectural identity.

At the heart of the composition stands a distinctive architectural volume finished in deep walnut tones, incorporating a system of open shelving while defining a subtle boundary between the living and dining areas. Its curved edges soften the rigidity of the vertical elements, while the interplay of solid and void introduces depth, rhythm, and visual permeability.

Opposite this central feature, a continuous wall clad in light natural wood organizes the living area, seamlessly integrating the television and fireplace into a restrained geometric composition. The contrast between the natural wood grain and the dark fireplace surface reinforces the clarity of the architectural intervention.

The kitchen and dining areas maintain a direct functional relationship with the living space, preserving the continuity of the open-plan layout. Natural wood finishes, dark furniture tones, and subtle metal details establish a carefully controlled material palette, where contrasts emphasize form, texture, and architectural precision.

Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing allows natural light to penetrate deep into the interior, enhancing the perception of openness and strengthening the connection with the surrounding environment.
